Pricing error policy

If we receive an order with an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information, plcbatteries.ca shall have the right to cancel any orders placed for items listed. plcbatteries.ca shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, plcbatteries.ca shall immediately issue a credit to the credit card used in the order for the amount charged.

Acceptance of order policy

Your receipt of an order confirmation from plcbatteries.ca does not signify our acceptance of your order. plcbatteries.ca reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order confirmation to accept or decline your order for any reason. If a product you ordered is backordered, plcbatteries.ca reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order confirmation, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Certain orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our billing department. We may require additional verifications or information before processing and shipping any orders.

Acceptance of incorrect addressing order policy

Once your order is placed, a confirmation email is sent to you as the purchaser. I agree to check that the address details provided on this email are correct within 30 minutes of placing the order and to notify us of any errors. Once this time has elapsed, we will consider your order is placed and that your address details have been entered into our system correctly. You agree that should an incorrect address be entered and the shipment is returned by the selected carrier, then the cost of the shipment and also the return cost charged by the selected carrier will be covered by you as the purchaser and you agree that should this happen it can be deducted from any refund that may be due if i decide to cancel the order or place the order to be shipped again. Please note that this will apply even if your order was placed via paypal express checkout, it is your responsibility to confirm that the address is correct from all mediums, including orders placed over the telephone.

Payment methods

Credit cards - we accept major credit cards including visa and mastercard. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to purchase with plcbatteries.ca. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number-the address, and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon placing your order to reserve any product that you may order. If you prefer, you may call us with your credit card number and take payment once shipped, but this will take second preference to those customers that have prepaid their order.

Money orders, cashiers checks, company checks, & personal checks plcbatteries.ca accepts money orders, cashier checks, personal checks, and company checks in cad dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier.  Check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. plcbatteries.ca cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks. Please see the full instructions below on how to pay using one of these methods.
